ok to be more precise it means (como jugar ) but if you going to use this word for an instruction game the more appropriate term is (como jugarlo )

You can be literal and say:



"C贸mo jugar" or "C贸mo se juega"



Another way is using "Instrucciones" (literally, instructions)
