Only if you know those languages. then you can type in them. You cannot magically translate a document to those languages from English. It will not make sense and it will make you look like an idiot. Is there a way to put Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish translation on Microsoft Word and Notepad?
Yes, with Vietnamese, just go to http://vdict.com and make sure you turn on the Vietnamese keypad feature and type using that box. It goes:

1 - is for rising tone = 谩

2 - is for falling tone = 脿

3 - is for question tone = 岷?

4 - is for fall-rising tone = 茫

5 - is for fall-normal tone = 岷?br>
6 - is for hat accent = 芒

7 - is for hook accent = 啤

8 - is for bowl accent = 膬

9 - is for d line accent = 膽

bowl accent only for a*

hat accent only for a, e and o*

hook accent only for o and u*

then you can combine for example:

Type 'a' --%26gt; a

Type 2 --%26gt; 脿

Type 8 --%26gt; 岷?

etc.

For Spanish just get a program for accents like AllChars zwolnet. Just type in google.
