What is the correct translation of an Associates Degree in Spanish?

Hi, I'm just curious to know what the actual translation for an Associates Degree would be in the Spanish language. I've had a few ideas, but I'm not sure about any of them. Is it a bachillerato, licenciatura, diploma de associado, grado associado or something else? Thank you for your help! What is the correct translation of an Associates Degree in Spanish?
In the spectrum of things the Associates will probably be closer to Bachillerato than Licenciatura. Here in the US a Bachelors is a fixed 4 years, but Bachillerato in Mexico, for example, ranges between 1 1/2 to around 3 years, depending on the career. A Licenciatura is higher than a Bachillerato. Then on to Maestr铆a and Doctorado. What is the correct translation of an Associates Degree in Spanish?
