What is the Spanish translation to the term "Building Commissioning"?

I am an engineer, and speak fluent Spanish, but haven't been able to find a term translation (not word translation) of building commissioning. "Building Commissioning is quality-oriented process for verifying and documenting that facilities, systems and assemblies are designed, installed and operated as the owner intended" If anyone knows, please help me out.

"Puesta en marcha de la obra"|||I agree with this answer, but to me, 'Puesta en marcha" means start-up commissioning, which is misleading since building commissioning is a process that is involved from pre-design to post-occupancy phases. Any idea what a good term would be that reflects this?
