People are telling me that their reply e-mails are transferring them to spanish translation. Is there a fix?

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and people are telling me that when they reply to my e-mails, it transfers them to spanish translation. How can I fix this?|||Don't know but Mozilla Thunderbird http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/product鈥?/a> will sort it out.
